Allegheny Technologies Director Resigns
Jan. 6, 2004 — Allegheny Technologies Inc. announced that George J. Kourpias resigned from its Board of Directors for health reasons, effective December 31, 2003.
In a letter to Bob Bozzone, Chairman of Allegheny Technologies, Mr. Kourpias wrote, "As I resign, I wish to extend my very best wishes to the other members of the Board and to the officers of Allegheny Technologies. I wish each of them and the company the very best in the future."
"George Kourpias will be missed," said Bob Bozzone. "The Board thanks George for his service on the Company's Board of Directors and extends him our very best wishes."
