Effective with shipments beginning Monday, September 27, 2004, ATI Allegheny Ludlum is increasing prices for all grades of silicon electrical steel products by 10%.

The company comments that the increase is necessary to offset rising manufacturing costs. The raw materials surcharge remains in effect.
