07/22/2004 - Allegheny Ludlum announced it will add a surcharge of $135 per ton ($6.75/cwt.) to silicon electrical steel invoices.

Allegheny Ludlum announced it will add a surcharge of $135 per ton ($6.75/cwt.) to silicon electrical steel invoices.

The surcharge, which will take effect with shipments beginning Sunday, August 1, 2004, will be subject to monthly adjustment based on changes in raw material costs.
