AK Steel Announces Stainless Steel Price Increase
09/02/2004 - AK Steel announced will increase the gauge and width extras for certain 200, 300 and 400 series stainless steel sheet products. The increase will be effective with shipments on and after September 13, 2004.
AK Steel announced it will increase the gauge and width extras for certain 200, 300 and 400 series stainless steel sheet products. The increase will be effective with shipments on and after September 13, 2004.
AK Steel will also revise slitting extras for stainless steel pipe-quality and tube-quality strip. The net result will be an increase in price of 3 to 6% for AK Steel's light gauge stainless steel products.
