AISTech 2013 Exposition Floor Expanded

Due to increased demand, organizers of AISTech 2013 — The Iron & Steel Technology Conference and Exposition have expanded the exposition floor to accommodate the growing number of exhibitors for the May 2013 show in Pittsburgh, Pa. The exposition is up 34% in total exhibiting companies and up 43% in total square feet sold from previous years at this time. Companies that provide products and services to the steel industry will be the featured attraction at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, covering over 70,000 square feet of exhibit space and comprising close to 400 exhibiting companies. The leading companies serving the steel industry from around the globe will be present at this annual event to display their latest technologies and services.
More than 10,000 attendees are expected to attend this global event, which will feature technologies from the world over, allowing steel producers to compete in today’s global market. The three day technical program will kick off at 8 a.m. on 6 May 2013 with the Howe Memorial Lecture and the International Alliance Lecture, followed by 400+ technical presentations, the President’s Award Breakfast on 7 May and the Town Hall Forum on 8 May. The exposition will open at 9 a.m. on 6 May and will be available for all attendees to explore. This four-day event will conclude on 9 May with plant tours of U. S. Steel – Mon Valley Works and The Timken Company.
