Jan. 31, 2007 — ADS Logistics, LLC has entered into agreement with SeverCorr to provide integrated logistics services to SeverCorr’s new next generation steel plant in the Columbus, Miss., area.

SeverCorr will use ADS’ LoMaS^® functionality to control their outbound supply chain. LoMaS’ Transportation Management System and EDI functionality will help SeverCorr to manage the ordering of equipment, load building, dock scheduling, bill of lading creation, and carrier management (rail and truck).

"We selected ADS however, based on their experience and knowledge of the industry, and the implementation is progressing just as ADS promised. We eagerly anticipate using the many tools LoMaS provides.”

LoMaS provides a platform to communicate critical logistics information, and extends the functionality of a product control system (typically ERP or Legacy) or transportation management system (TMS). With its extensive data capture and report capabilities, LoMaS technology provides product visibility throughout the product’s life cycle, from supply, production and transit to the warehouse, the processing facility, and point-of-delivery.
