Acquisition Expands Spraying Systems Offerings
02/09/2023 - U.S.-based industrial spray nozzle maker Spraying Systems Co. has acquired Cloud Co., a manufacturer of rotating, fluid-driven, spray-washing devices for cleaning tank interiors.
Founded in 1951, Cloud Co. designs and manufactures their products in San Luis Obispo, Calif., USA.
“The acquisition of Cloud Co. strengthens our long-term relationship and further expands our branded product lines for tank cleaning operations in a large array of industries,” said Spraying Systems chief executive Frank Bramsen.
