A New Furnace-Building Company, ACE Furnaces Pvt. Ltd., Introduces Key Personnel
02/19/2015 - A new Furnace-building Company called ACE Furnaces Pvt. Ltd. (AFPL) has been formed last year, having core competency in Designing and Manufacturing Industrial Furnaces for various applications. AFPL has been formed through merging of various experiences and professional know-how on a vast range of furnaces for both ferrous as well as non-ferrous industries, with a view to offer quality-engineered Furnaces to the Users, with maximum Customer Satisfaction.
AFPL is a technically-qualified and professionally-managed Engineering Company, with each of their Directors having an experience of around 25 years in designing, building and commissioning of Industrial Furnaces and related equipment of all types. With their considerable designing capabilities and actual experience in this field, in their previous companies, they have been able to develop several innovative designs of Furnaces which are economical, long-lasting and highly energy-efficient.
AFPL’s vast range includes Roller Hearth Furnaces for bright annealing and normalising of tubes, Bogie Hearth Furnaces for various heat treatment applications, Pusher-type and Walking Hearth Furnaces for Reheating applications, and a wide variety of other types of Furnaces for various applications.

Kailash V. Nasta joined ACE Furnaces Pvt. Ltd. in 2014 as Director. In his current role, Mr. Nasta is managing all activities, creating and implementing the strategy and coordinating all business activities. He completed his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Maharashtra Institute of Technology. He is a Diploma graduate of Business Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (3rd Rank), and a Post-Graduate Diploma of Business Management from University of Indianapolis – School of Business (USA). During 1993-2004, he worked for Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of Industrial Furnaces in India, in various positions. During 2004-2008, Mr. Nasta was the Director at the Company, managing all business activities. During 2008-2012, he was the Vice President of Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd., an MNC and leading manufacturer of Industrial Furnaces globally. In 2013, he served as the Executive Vice President of Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd., and was a Member of the Company’s Board of Directors, the only Indian on the Board.
Amjad Sheikh joined ACE Furnaces Pvt. Ltd. in 2014 as CEO. In his current role, Mr. Sheikh is managing all activities, creating and implementing the strategy and coordinating all business activities. He completed his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from Amravati University. During 1993-1995, he worked for Tata Power Ltd. In 1995, he was employed by Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of Industrial Furnaces in India. During 1995-2008, Mr. Sheikh was the Project Manager at the Company, managing their Roller Hearth Furnaces division. During 2008-2013, he was the Team Leader of Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd., for their Roller Hearth Furnaces division as well as their Bogie Hearth Furnaces division. In 2013, he served as the General Manager (Thermal) for Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd., an MNC and leading manufacturer of Industrial Furnaces globally.
Nitin Phirake joined Ace furnaces in 2014 as Addl. Director. Mr. Nitin is handling all business activities including development as well as execution. He completed diploma in Mechanical engineering from Government Poly-technique, Mumbai university. He started his career from the year 1994 working in aluminium extrusion industry. During year 1994-2000 he continued in Aluminium extrusion industry. During year 2000-2004 he was employed by a company dealing in Industrial Furnaces. During 2004-2008 he was employed by Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. as Project Engineer and later promoted as Asst. Manager. During 2008-2013, he continued to serve as Asst. Manager and then promoted to as General Manager in Seco Warwick Allied Pvt. Ltd., an MNC and leading manufacturer of industrial furnaces globally. He has put total experience of 20 years in engineering field including 15 long years of experience now in the field of Industrial Furnaces.
Prashant Patil, joined ACE Furnaces as an Additional Director in 2014. In his current role, he is looking after designing, project execution and after-sales service. He completed his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and has previous experience of maintenance activities of Industrial Furnaces. He joined Allied Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd. as Mechanical Engineer, and was promoted to Project Manager thereafter. He is having an experience of more than 10 years in the Furnace Industry, with experience of designing, erection and commissioning of various types of heat treatment furnaces, material handling equipments and related furnace accessories.
