The Association for Iron & Steel Technology (AIST) is dedicated to investing in the education and professional development of individuals in the iron and steel industry, starting with those enrolled in college. This informative session will bring together Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professionals, as well as individuals from various departments who are involved in recruiting from four-year universities.

The goal of the meeting is to foster discussions and share best practices for attracting top talent to the iron and steel sector.
