Registration Fees
Advance registration by 21 January 2025: Member US$945, Non-member US$1,125. Registration fee after 21 January 2025: Member US$1,045, Non-member US$1,225. Registration fee includes Tuesday reception, Tuesday–Thursday continental breakfast, Tuesday and Wednesday lunch, plant tour with bus transportation, and a course workbook or flash drive including presentations.
Student Rate
The AIST Foundation is pleased to provide assistance to students interested in attending AIST Specialty Training Conferences. Program details are available online at the Steel to Students Web page or contact Courtney Young at 724-814-3096.
Company Discount
Groups of three or more individuals from the same facility attending one seminar will receive a discount per person. All registrations must be received together along with payment to qualify. Not applicable with any other discounts. Please see discount levels below:
3+ attendees will receive a 10% discount per person
5+ attendees will receive a 15% discount per person
15+ attendees will receive a 20% discount per person
20+ attendees will receive a 25% discount per person
Cancellation/Substitution
If you must cancel, please email a notice of cancellation to Alyssa Olson at aolson@aist.org and a refund will be issued. Cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the event are non-refundable. If you would like to send a substitute, a new registration form must be faxed for that person, indicating the replaced person on the form. Be certain that the membership status is equivalent or note otherwise.
Attention Non-Members
Non-member registration fees include membership in AIST through 31 December 2026. Membership is not automatic. A completed membership application must be returned to AIST.
