2016 Was a Very Safe Year for AK Steel's Zanesville Works
03/27/2017 - AK Steel Corp.’s Zanesville Works in Ohio has notched another safe year, running all of 2016 without any lost-time injuries or illnesses, according to the company.
The plant hasn’t had a lost-time injury since 21 April 2003, earning it a special recognition from the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and the Zanesville - Muskingum County Safety Council and Chamber of Commerce.
