Tube City IMS Fills New EVP Position

Tube City IMS, LLC has promoted William R. Miller to the newly created position of Executive Vice President - Operations for its Mill Services Group.
 
Miller previously had been Senior Vice President and General Manager of International Operations for the Mill Services Group, responsible for directing and overseeing the start-up of the company's various international operations. In this expanded role, he is tasked with developing and growing the worldwide operations for the Mill Services Group.
 
Miller joined the company in 1979 as an Operations Supervisor and has held various positions of increasing responsibility in the Operations and Marketing departments in Ohio, Chicago, Pittsburgh, and Horsham, Pa. He has a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and an MBA from Duquesne University. He is based at the company's Horsham office.
