Pizza Grants

The AIST Foundation will reimburse your chapter up to US$150 for pizza & snacks at a Material Advantage Chapter meeting where the Steel to Students program, AIST scholarships, or other AIST events are discussed (one meeting per semester). This funding request may only be submitted by the student Chapter Chair of Material Advantage Chapters. Funding is provided in the form of a reimbursement check made payable to your chapter, following submission of receipts (via email as a single PDF) and a group photo from your chapter meeting.

This application must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to your chapter meeting
All receipts must be submitted no more than two (2) weeks after the conclusion of your chapter meeting

NOTE - This reimbursement is paid in the form of a check from a bank located in the United States. The grant is only available if you have access to cash a U.S. check. Checks must be cashed within 60 days of issue date.
