Volunteer to be a Mentor
Each DT proposal must have one Mentor assigned to the project. The Mentor should be an industry representative that will be able to provide inputs and guidance on DT within the Steel industry. The Mentors will support the project and help to build a network between the university and the industry. This is to ensure that the DT projects are industry relevant and up-to-date on the challenges within the steel industry. This collaboration and knowledge exchange between the University and Industry will hopefully spark new applications and solutions.
By becoming a DT Mentor, you will get more insight into DT related research projects at Universities. This is a great opportunity for you to influence DT related research projects by introducing the issues and problems that needs to be solved in the future.
If you are interested in becoming a Mentor please send an email to Lori Wharrey (lwharrey@aist.org), along with your photo and brief bio. These will be posted to our website page.
