Undergraduate Student Project Presentation Contest Guidelines

The Undergraduate Student Project Presentation Contest will be held on Monday, 5 May 2025 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Music City Center in Nashville, Tenn., USA. 

The deadline to submit an entry for this contest has passed. Please stay tuned for more information regarding the 2026 Undergraduate Student Project Presentation Contest in the coming months.

Full-time undergraduate students who are registered for AISTech and have completed a project or paper may submit this application to be considered for the contest. The topic of the project is unlimited but should be technical in nature. Students will be allotted 15 minutes to present their project.

All applications will be reviewed, but only eight students will be selected to participate. Finalists were chosen and notified in early April 2025. Participants will be judged on:

• Overall knowledge of project topic
• Thoroughness of the content
• Presentation skills

Prizes

1^st Place Winner — US$1,500
2^nd Place Winner — US$1,000
3^rd Place Winner — US$500

Winners will be announced onsite at the Steel to Students Recruiting Reception.
