Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co. (Pangang) recently awarded Stein Heurtey an order to supply vertical annealing furnace technology for its new continuous galvanizing line to be located at Chengdu, P.R. China.

The order follows the installation of Stein Heurtey Digiflex^® furnace technology at Pangang’s No. 2 Continuous Galvanizing Line (which is now in industrial operation) and at the No. 3 Continuous Galvanizing Line (which is currently under commissioning).

Commissioning of the new galvanizing line is scheduled to take place in August 2006.
