Ryerson Inc. has opened a new service center in Clearfield, Utah, that is to serve the Utah Intermountain area.
The new 40,000-square-foot facility will offer a full range of aluminum, stainless and carbon products as well as sawing services.
Ryerson has named Randy Booker as General Manager of the new facility. Booker, a resident of Utah, was previously assigned to Ryerson’s Northern California facility.

"The Clearfield facility is designed and staffed to provide world-class customer service and quality,” commented Booker. “We are very pleased to have assembled such a strong team of service-oriented professionals.
“Our supply chain includes overnight deliveries from Ryerson's Denver and Los Angeles processing centers, which allows Clearfield access to over 500,000 square feet of inventory and processing,” added Booker.
Future plans for the new Clearfield facility call for the addition of plate burning as well as a wider range of processing services.
