Nucor Corp.’s Board of Directors declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of twenty-one cents (21 cents) per share on Nucor's common stock.

This cash dividend is payable on August 11, 2004 to stockholders of record on June 30, 2004 and is Nucor's one hundred twenty-fifth (125th) consecutive quarterly cash dividend.

Nucor and affiliates manufacture steel products, with operating facilities in fourteen states. Products include carbon and alloy steel bars, beams, sheet and plate; steel joists and joist girders; steel deck; cold finished steel; steel fasteners; metal building systems; and light gauge steel framing.
