Nov. 30, 2006 — Michigan Seamless Tube LLC (MST) announced that Mr. Russ Maier, the company’s Chairman of the Board, has assumed the role of CEO.

The change, which is effective immediately, follows the resignation of Mr. Mike Rinker, who left the company for personal reasons.

MST also announced that Ms. Kathleen Maier has been named Senior Vice President.

Michigan Seamless Tube was formed by Russ Maier and Atlas Holdings LLC to acquire the fixed assets and intellectual property of Vision Metals, Inc. (once known as Quanex) Michigan Specialty Tube Division in October 2002. MST continues to enhance the company’s 79-year history of customer service, high-quality products, innovation and successful operations.
