Mechel-Service OOO Selected as Russia’s Best Sales Network
11/16/2011 - Mechel OAO announced that Mechel-Service OOO won the contest for ‘Russia’s Best Sales Network 2011’ in the Best Sales Network of Federal Level category.
Mechel OAO announced that Mechel-Service OOO won the contest for “Russia’s Best Sales Network 2011” in the Best Sales Network of Federal Level category.
The contest was held by Metal Supply & Sales information and publishing group in association with the Russian Union of Metal and Steel Suppliers and the International Industrial Exposition “Metall-Expo’2011”.
Mechel-Service OOO is a Russian-based division of the international sales company Mechel Service Global. In addition to providing a wide range of services, the service and sales network offers small-batch and retail sales of steel products through an expansive network of branches throughout Russia. Mechel-Service has 89 warehouses in 72 Russian cities and towns as well as 18 service centers with modern equipment for additional processing of steel rolls.
“This award is an acknowledgement of the work done by our company’s employees — all of them, from a planer to an executive,” said Mechel-Service OOO’s Commercial Director Igor Dorozhkin as he received the winner’s certificate and cup. “It confirms the high quality of our service in marketing steel products, which Mechel-Service provides all over Russia.”
