Jan. 26, 2006 — Inductotherm Corp. has been awarded a contract to supply the coating pots for Steelscape’s continuous galvanizing line in Shreveport, La.

The galvanizing line, which is being relocated from its initial location in Richmond, Calif., will produce both galvanized and Galvalume.

Inductotherm will supply two channel-type coating pots mounted on bogie systems for rapid change from one product to the other, and one stationary premelt pot. In addition, Inductotherm will supply a 1200 kW induction drying system for drying organic type coatings for the 280,000 ton per year line.

Commissioning is scheduled for the third quarter of 2006.
