In a Typically Slow Month, China's Steel Production Speeds Up
08/14/2017 - China set a new monthly steel production record in July, making slightly more than 74 million metric tons, according to the Reuters news service.
Reuters said that through the first seven months of the year, the country’s steel ouput was up 5.1%.
