HEATMAXX, the Industry’s First Fusion Technology, High Temperature, Thermal Printed Labels & Tags
02/13/2015 - Q Star Performance Materials has unveiled HEATMAXX, the industry’s first thermal printed labels and tags, utilizing fusion technology.
HEATMAXX’s industry-unique manufacturing process is achieved utilizing fusion technology, allowing customers to use standard industrial thermal transfer printers and printing methods, as opposed to the more costly laser printers and metal tags utilized by competitors, providing significant cost savings across the board. Not only is HEATMAXX’s resulting product cheaper, it’s also extremely tear-resistant, exceeding current transportation-toughness standards and providing Grade A barcoding. In addition to these benefits, HEATMAXX products by Q Star offer faster manufacturing timelines, and the option to provide customers with four-color logos printed directly on their tags and labels.
Other specifications setting HEATMAXX labels and tags apart from the competition include a print fade resistance of over one year, easy tear tabs for asset tracking, flexible materials, resisting damage and a Rip Guard coating, allowing for flatbed shipping.
