David Joseph Establishes Switzerland Office

The David Joseph Co. (DJJ) announced the opening of an international office in Switzerland, another step in the company’s strategy to expand its global presence.

DJJ says the Switzerland office is a platform to better serve current and potential European customers, focusing on ferrous and ferro-alloy scrap, and exploring other opportunities to provide its services.

The office is staffed by Brad Ford, who joined DJJ in 2001. He served as a brokerage representative in the Pittsburgh and Philadelphia trading offices prior to being promoted to Pittsburgh District Manager in 2006.

The new DJJ Switzerland office — Nucor Trading SA — is located at Avenue Rosseau 7, CH - 2000 Neuchâtel, Switzerland.

Founded in 1885, The David J. Joseph Co. is a subsidiary of Nucor and is one of the largest scrap brokers/processors in the United States. DJJ employs over 2000 and is headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio.
