Danieli Corp. announced the resignation of Chairman and President, Mark Brandon.

Brandon had joined Danieli Corp. in 1998, and had served as President since 2000.

Danieli announced that Vice President John Brandon would assume total commercial and operational responsibility for both the Flat and Long product business of Danieli Corp. Additionally, Fred Palagiano, Director of Danieli Service, will take total responsibility for Danieli Service, an operating division of Danieli Corp., in serving the organization’s North American customers.

Danieli Corp. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Danieli & C, Italy.
