March 16, 2007 — Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. announced the appointment of Steven M. Raguz as Vice President of Corporate Planning and Strategic Analysis, effective March 5, 2007.
In his new position, Raguz will lead the Corporate Planning function, which will design processes to ensure consistency and appropriate information to implement the company's strategy. In addition, he will oversee analysis and forecasting functions as well as long-term planning.
Raguz, 39, previously served as Senior Director, Financial Planning and Analysis of STERIS Corp. from 2000 to 2007. Prior to that, he was with OfficeMax, American Greetings and Deloitte & Touche LLP.
He is a graduate of Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
