China Breaks Daily Steel Production Record for Third Straight Month
07/16/2018 - Chinese mills produced 80.2 million tons of steel in June 2018, according to information provided by the National Bureau of Statistics to the Reuters news service.
While production fell short of May 2018’s total, the June average daily production rate outperformed the previous month, continuing a three-month streak of record-breaking numbers, Reuters reported.
