ArcelorMittal Disputes Disqualification of Essar Steel Bid
03/27/2018 - ArcelorMittal is challenging the disqualification of its bid for Essar Steel Ltd. under Indian insolvency proceedings, reports the (London) Financial Times.
“ArcelorMittal has always firmly believed and continues to believe that our strong and competitive bid . . . was fully eligible,” the company said, according to the Times.
