VISA INVITATION REQUEST

Are you registered for AISTech 2025, but still need a VISA to travel?  You must be registered and paid in full for AISTech before requesting a visa invitation letter. All visa requests will be reviewed within 3 business days. Once approved, an electronic Visa Invitation letter will be sent to the email address you provide in the below form. 

Please note:  AIST cannot send the letter to an embassy or consulate for you nor can we contact the embassy or consulate on your behalf. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry into the U.S..
