CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing and be mailed, or emailed to AIST headquarters. Cancellations received by 26 April 2025 will receive a full registration refund minus a US$25 handling fee. Cancellations received after 26 April 2025 will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted as requests for refund. ATTENTION NON-MEMBERS
Non-member full conference registrations are entitled to a complimentary AIST membership. Student non-members are entitled to a complimentary Material Advantage membership. All member benefits and privileges will be activated after the conclusion of the event. Membership is valid through 31 December 2025.
PRESIDENT'S AWARD BREAKFAST
Tickets for the breakfast can be purchased when you register for AISTech 2025. Advance single tickets are US$45. Tables of 10 are available for US$400. All on-site single ticket sales will be US$50, if seating is still available.
DONATE TO THE AIST FOUNDATION
Each year the AIST Foundation offers numerous scholarships to graduating high school seniors, with preference given to those studying engineering and other technical professions. Help the AIST Foundation secure the future of the steel industry by generously donating in support of the scholarship programs. Contributions to the AIST Foundation may be tax-deductible.
