BOOTH COST AND INCLUSIONS
US$34.00 per square foot or US$3,400 for a standard 10' x 10' (3.05 m x 3.05 m) booth.
The standard booth size is 10' by 10' (3.05 m x 3.05 m).
Minimum: 100 sq. ft. (9.3 m2); Maximum: None.
US$500 charge for corner booths.
Standard draperies.
Side rails (36" [914 mm] high).

Removal, storage and return of empty crates.

BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS
BOOTH LIMITATIONS
Standard In-Line Booths: No backwall, sidewall, drapes or other booth construction may exceed 8' in height. This includes signs, emblems, trademarks, medallions, cutout letters, etc.
Perimeter Booths: May exceed 8' up to a limit of 12' in height*
Island Booths: May exceed 8' up to a limit of 16’ in height if they occupy 400 square feet or more.
Divided Island In-Line Booth: May exceed 8’ up to a limit of 10’ (in 200 sq. ft. booths) and up to a limit of 8’ (in 100 sq. ft. booths).

These limitations do not apply to machinery or equipment as regularly built and used in the steel industry.
Exceptions to the above rules must be approved by show management.
UNACCEPTABLE EXHIBITS
Operating exhibits are encouraged. However, any and all unusually dirty, noisy or hot machinery and equipment should be properly enclosed to respect the rights and safety of others.
Exhibit Hall Aisle: 10' wide except as noted.
Exhibit Area: Concrete base floor.

AGE LIMIT
Children under 18 years of age will not be allowed in the Exhibit Hall at any time.
ATTIRE
No open toed shoes allowed during set-up and tear-down.
INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR PROVISIONS
The Exposition has been designated by the U.S. Department of Commerce as an International Trade Fair under the provisions of the Trade Fair Act of 1959. Working with the Expositions customs broker, exhibited materials and equipment can be brought into the U.S. duty-free. For further information, please contact sales@aist.org.
Note: Double-time rates apply all day on Sunday, 4 May. Overtime rates will apply after 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, 1 May and Friday, 2 May. Empty container return will begin to be returned to your booth once the aisle carpet has been removed. Estimated time for aisle carpet removal is one hour. Estimated time for completion of empty return is five to seven hours.
All exhibitor materials must be cleared from the exhibit facility by 6:00 p.m., Friday, 9 May. To ensure all exhibitor materials are cleared by this deadline, all carriers must be checked in no later than 9:30 PM on Thursday, 8 May or 3:00 p.m. on Friday, 9 May.
