Michael Bott, currently serving as the director of decarbonization of Stahl Holding Saar, brings over 28 years of extensive experience in the steel industry. In his role, he is the head of the transformation project of Dillinger and Saarstahl. Prior to his current position, Bott served as the chief executive officer of ROGESA since September 2021. 

His journey at Dillinger included roles such as production manager, head of total production overseeing raw iron production to heavy plate manufacturing, and head of rolling mills at Dillinger and Dillinger France. With a background in physics, he earned his Doctor of Science degree from the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn in 1995.
