Jonathan Lee leads Hatch’s European Advisory business alongside the Global Deals Advisory business. He has over 20 years of experience in supporting clients in mergers and acquisitions and finance raising across the metals, energy and infrastructure sectors. This work has been for a variety of investors including corporations, financial investors including private equity and sovereign wealth funds, as well as commercial lenders. He has led integrated commercial and technical due-diligence projects across the steel sector in Europe, North America, Africa and the Middle East. Prior to joining Hatch, Lee led PwC’s Metals & Mining business in the U.K. and was a member of their Global Metals & Mining leadership team.
