Gerald Wimmer graduated from the University of Technology in Vienna. He joined Primetals Technologies, at that time still VAI, in 2009 and in his current position, he is business responsible for converter steelmaking. This responsibility includes also support and the business model development for the green transition of the iron and steel industry.
