Other Information
This year, all bar locations for the entire evening will be “Cash” Bars and will accept cash, credit cards and pre-purchased drink tickets. Two (2) drink tickets will be included with each dinner reservation and will also be available for pre-purchase in lots of 10 during the registration period.
Drink tickets can be picked prior to and during the social hour by the entrance to the ballroom.
This will allow for more convenient bar locations and should reduce lines since the “free” drinks (drink tickets included with dinner reservations) will be available at any time and not just during the social hour.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Blue Chip Casino Hotel & Spa at the AIST group rate of US$191 or US$221 per night depending on your room selection (includes US$12 resort fee, excludes taxes).

Bring Your Own Young Professional (BYOYP) Program
AIST recently launched the Bring Your Own Young Professional (BYOYP) program to encourage our members to help boost the next generation’s involvement in AIST and the steel industry. If you are an AIST member and are bringing a Young Professional (age 30 and under) to the conference, you can receive a free gift.
